DISCUSSION Marcus Cable Company, owner of all adjacent property; has requested the partial vacation of Sherril Street to increase the parking and yard area A utility easement will be retained over the vacated street segment to accommodate existing water and public utility facilities. A replat has been filed with the City for approval Reviewing City departments and public utility companies have raised no objection to this request. On November 24,1999, the Plan Commission recommended approval of this request. This request is located in COUNCIL DISTRICT 7 FISCAL INFORMATIONICERTIFICATION The Real Property Division of the Engineering Department will be responsible for the collection and deposit of $7,450 due the City under this agreement.
