J'~' O ~P~p AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING, CLOSING AND EXTINGUISHING A FIFTEEN (15') WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT, LAKE OAKS ESTATES ADDITION, TO THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LAND, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS SECTION 1 THAT the 15 foot wide by 638 foot long utility easement containing approximately 0 22 acres along the common property line of Lots 19 and 20, Block 2, Lake Oaks Estates Addition, as recorded in Cabinet A, Slide 2565, Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas, and as more specifically described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference be and the same is vacated, abandoned and permanently closed and extinguished SECTION 2 That the fee to the land in the above described vacated utility easement is hereby released and shall revert to the adjacent owner as provided by law SECTION 3 That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed SECTION 4. The bearings for this survey are based on the bearings as they appear in Cabinet A Slide 2565, Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas. Said 0.220 acre tract being described by metes and bounds as follows Begmmng at a point m the west line of said Lot 19 Block 2, and being N 07°53'30"W, 7 57 feet from a %" iron rod found at the southwest corner of said Lot 19, THENCE North 89°48'00" East, over and across said Lot 19, a distance of 639 13 feet; to a point on the west right of way line of Lake Oaks Circle a 60' Public right of way; THENCE South 0° 12'00" East, along the said west right of way line a distance of 15 00 feet to a point on the east lzne of sand Lot 20 Block 2, THENCE South 89°48'00" West, over and across said Lot 20, a distance of 637 11 feet to a point m the west line of said Lot 20, THENCE North 07°53'30" West, a distance of 15 14 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing a computed area of 0.220 Acres, more or less. A replat is not required This request is located in the City's Extra-Territorial Jurisdiction FISCAL INFORMATION/CERTIFICATION The Finance Director certifies this action will have no material effect on City funds.
