HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 14081~~ ORDINANCE NO. -,~~- AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING, CLOSING AND 4 EXTINGUISHING A PORTION OF A UTILITY EASEMENT, RIDGLEA ADDITION, TO THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LAND, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS c SECTION 1 ~- THAT the 4 5 foot wide by 14 4 foot long portion of a 10 foot utility easement, containing 64 8 square feet, along the west side of Lot 8-R, Block 52, Ridglea Addition, as recorded in Volume 388-135, Page 39 and corrected in Volume 7490, Page 1241, Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas, and as more specifically described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference be and the same is vacated, abandoned and permanently closed and extinguished SECTION 2 That the fee to the land in the above described vacated utility easement is hereby released and shall revert to the adjacent owner as provided by law SECTION 3 That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed SECTION 4. Are-plat is not required Reviewing City departments and public utility companies have raised no objections to this vacation request.
