HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 14297 ORDINANCE NO ~ y,29 ~ AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING MARVIN L MALONEY, FAYE HARDEN AND SYDNEY AARON BECKMAN AS SUBSTITUTE MUNICIPAL JUDGES FOR THE UNEXPIRED PORTION OF A ONE YEAR TERM COMMENCING AUGUST 15, 2000 AND ENDING MARCH 31, 2001 OR UNTIL A SUCCESSOR IS QUALIFIED AND APPOINTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATE LAW, PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS SECTION 1 That Marvin L Maloney, Faye Harden and Sydney Aaron Beckman, be appointed as substitute Municipal Judges for the unexpired portion of a one year term commencing August 15, 2000 and ending March 31, 2001 or until a successor is qualified and appointed in accordance with state law SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be cumulative of all provisions of ordinances and of the Code of the City of Fort Worth, Texas (1986), as amended, except where the provisions of this ordinance are in direct conflict with the provisions of such ordinances and Code, in which event such conflicting provisions of such ordinances and Code are hereby repealed SECTION 3.
