4 ORDINANCE NO. I ! - 71 D AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING, CLOSING AND EXTINGUISHING A STREET RIGHT -OF -WAY AND VARIOUS UTILITY EASEMENTS, EAGLE MOUNTAIN LAKE ESTATES ADDITION, TO THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LAND, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS SECTION 1 THAT a variable width street right -of -way, known as Lakeview Circle located in Eagle Mountain Lake Estates Addition, as shown on the attached Exhibit A incorporated herein by reference, and ten (10) miscellaneous utility, building line, and Public Open Space Easements located in Eagle Mountain Lake Estates Addition, as recorded in Volume 388 -5, Page 25, Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas, and also shown on the attached Exhibit A incorporated' herein by reference, be and the same are vacated, abandoned and permanently closed and extinguished SECTION 2. That the fee to the land in the above described vacated street and utility easement is hereby released and shall revert to the adjacent owner as provided by law SECTION 3 That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed I SECTION 4. A re -plat has been prepared and approved for filing with a new street right -of -way and easements dedicated to the City Reviewing City departments and public utility companies have raised no objection to this request.
