ORDINANCE NO l ?~~
AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING, CLOSING AND
EXTINGUISHING EASEMENTS FOR LOTS 1-7B, BLOCK 1,
WINTERHAZEL/BEACH STREET ADDITION, TO THE CITY OF FORT
WORTH, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID
LAND, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH,
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH,
TEXAS
SECTION 1
THAT the following easements located in the Winterhazel/Beach Addition, Fort
Worth, as recorded in Cabinet A, Slide 4303 of the Plat Records of Tarrant County,
Texas, and as more specifically described in the Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference be and the same are vacated, abandoned and
permanently closed and extinguished
1 A 26-foot Common Access easement, part of Lots 1-6, Block 1,
2 a 24-foot Access easement, part of Lots 1-6, Block 1,
3 two 20-foot by 20-foot Public Open Space easements, parts of Lots 5 and 6,
Block 1,
4 a 25-foot Drainage and Utility Easement, part of Lots 1-6 and 7A and 7B, Block
1, and
5 a variable width Utility Easement, part of Lot 7A, Block 1
SECTION 2
That the fee to the land in the above described easements is hereby released
and shall revert to the adjacent owner as provided by law
SECTION 3
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed
SECTION 4.
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its passage, and it is so ordained

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance vacating the following easements
of the Winterhazel/Beach Addition, Fort Worth, as recorded in Cabinet A, Slide 4303 of the Plat
Records, Tarrant County, Texas
• A 26-foot common access easement, part of Lots 1-6, Block 1
• A 24-foot access easement, part of Lots 1-6, Block 1
Two 20-foot by 20-foot public open space easements, parts of lots 5 and 6, Block 1
• A 25-foot drainage and utility easement, part of Lots 1-6, 7A and 7B, Block 1
• A variable width utility easement, part of Lot 7A, Block 1
DISCUSSION
MDC-Park Creek Residences, Ltd- has requested the vacation of these easements to allow for
construction of a new apartment complex. Utility easements will be rededicated by plat in different
locations Reviewing City departments and public utility companies have raised no objection to this
request. Are-plat has been filed with the City for approval
This request is located in COUNCIL DISTRICT 4
