AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING, CLOSING AND
EXTINGUISHING EASEMENTS FOR LOTS 2-A, 4-B AND TRACT 4,
BLOCK 86, WESTERN HILLS ADDITION, TO THE CITY OF FORT
WORTH, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID
LAND, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH,
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH,
TEXAS
SECTION 1
THAT the following easements and as more specifically described in the Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference be and the same are vacated,
abandoned and permanently closed and extinguished
Item 1 - A 10-foot sanitary sewer easement, portions of•
• Lot 4-B, Block 86, Western Hills Addition, Fort Worth, as recorded in Cabinet B,
Slide 1019, Plat Records, Tarrant County; and
• Lot 2-A, Block 86, Western Hills Addition, Fort Worth, as recorded in Volume
388-169, Page 23, Plat Records, Tarrant County; and
• Tract 4 as recorded in Volume 6584, Page 613, Deed Records, Tarrant County,
Texas
Item 2 - A variable width utility easement in
• Lot 4-B, Block 86, Western Hills Addition, Fort Worth, as recorded in Cabinet B,
Slide 1019, Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas
Item 3 -Two 5-foot utility easements in
• Lot 2-A, Block 86, Western Hills Addition, Fort Worth, as recorded in Volume
388-169, Page 23, Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas
SECTION 2
That the fee to the land in the above described easements hereby released and
shall revert to the adjacent owner as provided by law
SECTION 3
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed
SECTION 4
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its passage, and it is so ordained

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance vacating the following
easements:
Ite - A 10-foot sanitary sewer easement, portions of•
• Lot 4-B, Block 86, Western Hills Addition, Fort Worth, as recorded in Cabinet
B, Slide 1019, Plat Records, Tarrant County; and
• Lot 2-A, Block 86, Western Hills Addition, Fort Worth, as recorded in Volume
388-169, Page 23, Plat Records, Tarrant County; and
• Tract 4 as recorded in Volume 6584, Page 613, Deed Records, Tarrant
County, Texas.
