H GALLOWAY SURVEY, TO THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS; PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LAND, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS• SECTION 1 THAT two temporary access easements, approximately 50 feet by 100 feet each, containing 10,000 square feet, located in the R. H Calloway Survey, Abstract No 337, as recorded in Volume 12541, Page 2125, Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas, and as more specifically described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference be and the same are vacated, abandoned and permanently closed and extinguished SECTION 2. That the fee to the land in the above described temporary access easements is hereby released and shall revert to the adjacent owner as provided by law SECTION 3 That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed T i SECTION 4. H Calloway Survey, Abstract No 337, as recorded in Volume 12541, page 2125, of the deed records, Tarrant County, Texas. DISCUSSION FW-SC, Ltd ,owner of the above-described property, has requested vacation of the temporary access easements as they're no longer needed due to the current phase of construction A replat has been submitted to the City for approval Reviewing City departments and public utility companies have raised no objection to this action These easements are located in COUNCIL DISTRICT 3 FISCAL INFORMATIONlCERTIFICATION The Finance Director certifies that this action will have no material effect on City funds.
