I ~~ ~ AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING, CLOSING AND EXTINGUISHING AN ACCESS EASEMENT AND MISCELLANEOUS UTILITY EASEMENTS, CITYVIEW ADD{TION, TO THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LAND, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS• SECTION 1 THAT the following access easement and miscellaneous utility easements located in Cityview Addition and recorded in Volume 388-217, Pages 29 and 30, Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas ,and as more specifically described in the Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference be and the same are vacated, abandoned and permanently closed and extinguished 1 An emergency access, utility and private drainage easement containing approximately 206,061 square feet; 2. A 10 foot wide utility easement containing 21,805 square feet; 3 A 15 foot wide private drainage easement containing approximately 1,157 square feet; 4 A 15 foot wide private drainage easement containing approximately 1,167 square feet; 5 A drainage easement containing approximately 683 square feet; and 6 A public open space easement containing approximately 192 square feet. SECTION 2. That the fee to the land in the above described vacated private access and miscellaneous utility easements is hereby released and shall revert to the adjacent owner as provided by law SECTION 3 That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed SECTION 4. DISCUSSION Cityview Partners, L.P ,owner of the above-described property, has requested the vacation of these access and utility easements to increase the buildable area of the lot.
