IJr~~ AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING, CLOSING AND EXTINGUISHING A FIFTY FOOT (50') WIDE INGRESS-EGRESS AND UTILITY EASEMENT, NATHAN PROCTOR SURVEY AND THE JOHN F. HEATH SURVEY, TO THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS; PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LAND; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. THAT the ingress-egress and utility easement measuring 50 feet in width and 1700 feet in length, containing approximately 85,862 square feet of land in the Nathan Proctor Survey, Abstract 1230 and the John F Heath Survey, Abstract 641, Fort Worth, as recorded in Volume 8775, Page 2008, Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas, and as more specifically described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference be and the same is vacated, abandoned and permanently closed and extinguished SECTION 2. BEING all of an existing 50-foot easement as recorded in Volume 8775, Page 2008, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas, and situated in the John F Heath Survey, Abstract No. 641, and the Nathan Proctor Survey, Abstract No. 1230, situated in the southwest part of Fort Worth in Tarrant County, Texas, and embracing a portion of a tract described in the deed to Mira Vista Development Corp. as recorded in Volume 11572, Page 757, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas, said easement abandonment being more particularly described as follows: COMMENCING at the most easterly corner of said Mira Vista Development Corp. tract in the southwesterly right-of-way line of Bellaire Drive South and being in a curve to the right having a radius of 734.00 feet; and then run along said curve an arc length of 178.50 feet, the long chord of said 178.50 feet arc is North 24° 25' 16" West, 178.06 feet; and South 80° 40' West, 154.82 feet to the southeasterly terminus of the line being described. Reviewing City departments and public utility companies have raised no objection to this request.
