AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING, CLOSING AND
EXTINGUISHING A 60 FOOT WIDE PRIVATE ACCESS EASEMENT
AND A 7.5 FOOT WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF FORT
WORTH, TEXAS; PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID
LAND; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH,
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH,
TEXAS•
SECTION 1.
THAT the 60 foot wide private easement and 7 5 foot wide utility easement
abutting Lots 65 through 68, Block 1, Cattlebaron Parc, Phase I, as recorded in Cabinet
B, Slide 171, Parker County Plat Records, and as more specifically described in Exhibit
A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference be and the same is vacated,
abandoned and permanently closed and extinguished
SECTION 2.
That the fee to the land in the above described vacated private access and utility
easement is hereby released and shall revert to the adjacent owner as provided by law
SECTION 3.
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed
SECTION 4.
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its passage, and it is so ordained

Wilcox Survey, Abstract No 1661, Parker County, Texas and being all of a 60 foot Private
Access Easement.(Matador Court) containing 35,537 square feet and all of a 7 5 foot Utility
Easement, 7 5 feet out side and parallel to said 60 foot wide Pnvate Access Easement containing
8,578 square feet as shown in Final Plat of Phase I, Cattlebaron Parc and recorded in Cabinet B,

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council adopt the attached Ordinance vacating
1) A 60-foot wide private access easement abutting Lots 65 thru 68, Block 1,
Cattlebaron Parc, Phase I, as recorded in Cabinet B, Slide 171, Parker County Plat
Records, and,
2) A 7 5-foot wide utility easement abutting Lots 65 thru 68, Block 1, Cattlebaron Parc,
Phase I, as recorded in Cabinet B, Slide 171, Parker County Plat Records
DISCUSSION
Carter Burgess, Inc , on behalf of John Zimmerman, owner of the subject property, has requested
that the City vacate the above described private access and utility easement The subject
easements, acquired by dedication, contain no utility facilities Reviewing City departments and
private utility companies have raised no objections to this request A satisfactory replat has been
received for this request
This request is, located in the Fort Worth 5-mile extraterritorial jurisdiction
FISCAL 1NFORMATIONICERTIFICATION.
The Land Agent for the City of Fort Worth has determined that a one dollar fee satisfies the
interest of the City of Fort Worth in this request
