HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 12858ORDINANCE NO. _~~~5{~ AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING, CLOSING AND EXTINGUISHING VARIOUS UTILITY, GUY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS LOCATED ON BLOCK 10, WEST VICKERY HEIGHTS ADDITION, TO THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS; PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LAND; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the fee to the land in the above described various vacated utility, guy and drainage easements is hereby released and shall revert to the adjacent owner as provided by law SECTION 3. Tarrant County Hospital District, owner of the subject property, has requested that the City vacate the above described easements The subject easements, acquired by dedication, contain water and sewer facilities Acceptable arrangements have been made for the relocation of these facilities by the applicant Reviewing City departments and private utility companies have raised no objections to this request A satisfactory replat has been submitted for this request This request is located in COUNCIL DISTRICT 7 FISCAL INFORMATION/CERTIFICATION.
