HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 12650ORDINANCE NO. ~~~C~ AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING, CLOSING AND EXTINGUISHING A FIFTEEN FOOT (15') WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED ON LOTS 1 AND 23, BLOCK 3, THE VILLAGES OF STONEGATE TO THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LAND; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVI®ING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS. SECTION 1 THAT the utility easement measuring 15 feet in width and 70 feet in length, situated on Lot 1, Block 3, The Villages of Stonegate as recorded in Cabinet A, Slide 1686, Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas, and also situated on Lot 23, Block 3, The Villages of Stonegate as recorded in Cabinet A, Slide 2993, Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas, and as more specifically described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference be and the same is vacated, abandoned and permanently closed and extinguished SECTION 2.
