This ord;inanee :shall take effect. and be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage, and'it is 'so ordained'; City of Fort Worth, Texas Mayor and Council Communication NAbiB 01 /24/95 I Nvr~sR **C-14651I 20DANC I 1 of 3 3IIBJSCT APPROVAL OF SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE IN THE AMOUNT OF 596,738 AND AWARD OF CONTRACT WITH WALT WILLIAMS CONSTRUCTION, INC ,FOR RECONSTRUCTION OF DANCIGER ROAD AND JACQUELINE ROAD AND RELATED WATER AND SEWER REPLACEMENT (PROJECT NO 67-040316) RECOMMENDATION It is recommended that the City Council 1 Authorize the City Manager to transfer 596,738 00 from Water and Sewer Operating Fund to the Water Sewer Operating Fund to the Water Capital Projects Fund in the amount of 546,448 00 and Sewer Capital Projects Fund in the amount of 550,290 00, and 2 Adopt the attached appropriations ordinance increasing estimated receipts and appropriations in the Water Capital Projects Fund in the amount of 546,448 00 and the Sewer Capital Projects Fund in the amount of 550,290 00 from increased revenue, and 3.
