HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 11829 ORDINANCE NO . ~~t~'-v ~ ~-- AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING AND CLOSING AND EXTINGUISHING A STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY, AN EMERGENCY ACCESS EASEMENT, A STORM DRAIN EASEMENT, A TEN (10) FOOT WIDE TELEPHONE EASEMENT, A FIFTEEN (15) FOOT WIDE SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT, A TEN (10) FOOT WIDE SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT, AND A FIVE (5) FOOT WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED WITHIN THE BOTANIC GARDENS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS; PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LAND; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF 'THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. THAT the portion of Harley Avenue, between Conservatory Drive and South University Drive, one (1) emergency access easement, a storm drain easement, a ten (10} foot wide telephone easement, a fifteen (15) foot wide sanitary sewer easement, a ten (10) foot wide sanitary sewer easement, and a five (5) foot wide utility easement located in Block 1, Lots 1-3, Botanic Gardens Addition, as recorded in Volume 388-214, Page 97, and Volume 388-83, Page 54, P.R.T.C.T., and incorporated herein by reference as more specifically described in .Exhibit A attached hereto be and the same is vacated, abandoned and permanently closed and extinguished. SECTION 2. That the fee to the land in the above described vacated street right-of-way and easements is hereby released and shall revert to the adjacent owner as provided by law. SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTYON 4. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage, and it is so ordained.
