~_ „ ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING, CLOSING AND EXTINGUISHING A STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY WITH A 20' X 20' PUBLIC OPEN SPACE EASEMENT AND TWO ALLEY RIGHTS-OF-WAY LOCATED WITHIN THE WILLIAM WELCH SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO 1644 TO THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LAND, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS SECTION 1 THAT the street right-of-way located at West Dashwood Street with a twenty foot by twenty foot (20' x 20') Public Open Space Easement (POSE), between South Lake Street and West Sixth Avenue, a length of two hundred ten (210 00) feet, an alley right-of- way, between West Dashwood Street and West Terrell Drive, a length of three hundred seventy-nine and eight-nine one hundredths (379 89) feet and an alley right-of-way, between West Dashwood Street and Rosedale Street, a length of fifty (50) feet all located within the William Welch Survey, Abstract No 1644, Tarrant County, Texas, as more specifically described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference be and the same is vacated, abandoned and permanently closed and extinguished SECTION 2.
