AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 12047 (TAX ABATEMENT REINVESTMENT ZONE NO. 21) TO CORRECT SEVERAL TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS IN THE PROPERTY DESCRIPTION; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12047, adopted on July 18, 1995, established Tax Abatement Reinvestment Zone No. 21; and WHEREAS, such Ordinance contains several typographical errors in the legal description of the property in Tax Abatement Reinvestment Zone No. 21; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the Ordinance to correct the errors and verify the description of the property; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION I. That Ordinance No. 12047 be and is hereby amended by replacing Exhibit "A" of the Ordinance with a new Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. SECTION II. That except as hereby amended, the provisions of Ordinance No. 12047 shall remain unchanged. SECTION III. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, and it is so ordained.
