ABANDONING, CLOSING AND EXTINGUISHING A FIFTEEN FOOT WIDE EMERGENCY ACCESS AND UTILITY EASEMENT, THREE UTILITY EASEMENTS AND THREE PUBLIC OPEN SPACE EASEMENTS LOCATED WITHIN THE F-W-O-H ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LAND; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS SECTION 1 THAT the utility easement constituting the former Buford Avenue closed by Ordinance No. 7499 and 7500, the utility easement being former Bertrose Avenue closed by Ordinance No 7500 (all retained as utility easements at time of vacation), the 15' wide access and utility easement located along the west property line of Lot 6-R, the 10' wide former alley vacated by Ordinance No.. 8858 located between Lots 6-R and 16-R (retained as a utility easement) and three 20' x 20' Public Open Space Easements located at the intersection of Haskel Avenue and former Mattison Avenue (vacated by Ordinance No 11878) and the intersection of Montgomery Street with former Mattison Avenue (vacated by Ordinance No 11878) with said easements being located at the northwest corner and northeast corner of Lot A-R-1, Block 1, and the southeast corner of Lot 16-R, Block 2, all located within the F-W-O-H Addition recorded in Cabinet B, Slide 504, P R.T C T , as more specifically described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference be and the same is vacated, abandoned and permanently closed and extinguished. SECTION 2. That the fee to the land in the above described vacated public open space, emergency access and utility easements are hereby released and shall revert to the adjacent owner as provided by law SECTION 3 That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 4 That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage, and it is so ordained.
