BOSTICR SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO. 195, THE J. W. HAYNES SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO. 787, THE STEPHEN B. WILSON SURVEY, ABSTRACT N0. 1676, THE D. MUHLINGHAUS SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO. 1082, THE J. M. MUHLINGHAUS SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO. 1157, THE MCRINNEY AND WILLIAMS SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO. 1119 AND THE B. COOR SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO. 284 ALL OF TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS; PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL AMEND EVERY PRIOR ORDINANCE IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE CUMULATIVE OF ALL PRIOR ORDINANCES NOT IN DIRECT CONFLICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND NAMING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That, pursuant to Section 43.145 of the Te~tas Local Government Code, the following described land and territory within the corporate limits of the City of Fort Worth, Texas, be and the same is hereby disannexed and ordered discontinued as a part of the City of Fort Worth, Texas, said territory being described as follows: BEING a 1,056.26 acre tract of land situated in the J. J. Albirado Survey, Abstract No. 4, the John H. Bostick Survey, Abstract No. 195, the J. W. Haynes Survey, Abstract No. 787, the Stephen B. Wilson Survey, Abstract No. 1676, the D. Muhlinghaus Survey, Abstract No. 1082, the J. M. Muhlinghaus Survey, Abstract No. 1157, the McKinney and Williams Survey, Abstract No. 1119 and the B. Cook Survey, Abstract No. 284 all of Tarrant County, Texas, said 1,056.26-acre tract of land being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the centerline of County Road No. 1089, said point being the northeast corner of the John Bostick Survey, Abstract No. 195; THENCB North 89° 52'37'" East a distance of 52.8$ feet to a point in the easterly right-of-way line of said County Road; r,,1 v THENCE along said easterly right-of-way line the following courses and distances: South 25°10'15" East, 99.54 feet to a point; South 29°25'38" East, 1,051.95 feet to a point; South 06°11'47" East, 47.25 feet to a point; South 08°28'20" East, 944.69 feet to a~point; South 08°23'25" East, 3,402. 19 feet to a point in the north line of the J. That the above described territory is shown on the attached map marked Exhibit "A", which map is expressly incorporated herein for the purpose of illustrating and depicting the location of the hereinabove described territory. 3 SECTION 3. That the City of Fort Worth has a population of more than 4,000, and is located in Tarrant County, Texas, with a population of more than 205,000. SECTION 4. That the above described territory is composed of at least three contiguous acres, is unimproved, and adjoins the municipal boundaries of the City of Fort Worth. t a. fl ~,,, t~k rM. • • ~ SECTION 5. That this ordinance disannexing the subject territory is adopted pursuant to the authority granted the City Council by Section 43.145 of the Texas Local Government Code. SECTION 6. That this ordinance shall and does amend every prior ordinance in conflict herewith, but as to all other ordinances or sections of ordinances not in direct conflict, this ordinance shall be, and the same is hereby made cumulative. SECTION 7. That it is hereby declared to be the intent of the City Council that the sections, paragraphs, sentences, clauses and phrases of this ordinance are severable, and if any phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph or section of this ordinance shall be declared unconstitutional by the valid judgment or decree of any court of competent jurisdiction, such unconstitutionality shall not affect any of the remaining phrases, clauses, sentences, paragraphs and sections of this ordinance, since the same would have been enacted by the City Council without the incorporation in this ordinance of any unconstitutional phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph or section. SECTION 8.
