L~l;` AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING AND CLOSING AND EXTINGUISHING THREE (3) EMERGENCY ACCESS EASEMENTS LOCATED WITHIN THE MEADOWBROOK VILLAGE ADDITION OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS; PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LAND; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. THAT the three (3) 26-foot wide emergency access easements located on Block 1, Meadowbrook Village Addition as recorded in Volume 388/61, page 12, Tarrant County Plat Records and as more specifically described in Exhibit A attached hereto be and the same are vacated, abandoned and permanently closed and extinguished. SECTION 2. That the fee to the land in the above described vacated emergency access easements are hereby released and shall revert to the adjacent owner as provided by law. SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 4.. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage, and it is so ordained. Being a portion of existing Emergency Access Easements (exact locations not shown) shown crossing Block One, Meadowbrook Village, an addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas according to the plat recorded in Volume 388%61, Page 12, Tarrant County Plat Records generally described as .follows: EASEMENT NO. 1, 13 feet „each side of the following described centerline: Beginning at a point in the westerly line of Proposed Lot 1, Block 1 Meadowbrook Village and being in a curve whose radius is 2409.79 feet and being approximately 11.0 feet southerly from and along said westerly line from the northwest corner of proposed Lot 1; Thence approximately 282 feet in a southeasterly direction to a point in the westerly ROW line of Interstate Highway No. 820 .which said point is along a curve whose radius is 2689.79 feet approximately 182 feet in a southeasterly direction from the northeast corner of proposed Lot 1. EASEMENT N0. 2, 13 feet each side of the following described centerline: Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Easement No. 2 with the centerline of the aforedescribed Easement No. 1, approximately 136 feet in a southeasterly direction from a point in the westerly proposed~,'line of said Lot 1 and the POINT OF BEGINNING of said Easement No. 1; Thence approximately 245 feet in a southwesterly direction to.,a point in the southerly line of said proposed Lot 1 from which the southwest corner of said proposed Lotl bears N74° 59' 47" W approximately 137 feet.' EASEMENT NO. 3, being only that portion falling within Proposed Lot 1, Block 1, heretofore mentioned, 13 feet each side of the following described centerline: Beginning at a point in the southerly line of said Proposed Lot 1 approximately 52 feet S 74° 59' 47" E from the southwest corner of said proposed Lot 1; Thence along a curve to the right and a tangent in all approximately 86 feet to the intersection of said centerline with the centerline of the aforementioned Easement No. 2.
