HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 11687ORDINANCE NO . .~~~,~~ AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAMES OF A PORTION OF t°WINGATE STREET" TO "ST. JULIET STREET", AND "COVENTRY PLACE" TO "ST. DONOVAN STREET"; MAKING THIS ORDINANCE CUMULATIVE OF ALL OTHER ORDINANCES AFFECTING STREET NAMES; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. THAT the name of the portion of the street known as "Wingate Street", a public street and right-of-way, as it runs from the west right-of-way of University Drive to Coventry Place, be and the same is hereby changed to "St. Juliet Street", and that the name of the street known as "Coventry Place", a public street and right-of-way, as it runs from Bailey Avenue to White Settlement Road, be and the same is hereby changed to "St. -Donovan Street". SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall be cumulative of all other ordinances affecting the names of streets in the City of Fort Worth except insofar as it may be in conflict with the provisions of those ordinances, in which instance they are expressly repealed. SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in~full force and effect from and after the date of its passage, and it is so ordained.
