HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 11267I ~ ~ l tI 3 O ~ ORDINANCE N0. ~~ AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING AND CLOSING AND EXTINGUISHING A UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED WITHIN THE HIGHLAND HOME ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS; PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LAND; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. THAT the ten (10) foot wide by approximately one hundred sixty-seven (167) foot long utility easement located between Lots A, B and C and Lot F, Block 8, Highland Home Addition, as recorded in Volume 388/x, Page 547, P.R.T.C.T., and as more spe- cifically described in attached Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein, be and the same is vacated, abandoned and permanently closed and extinguished. SECTION 2. That the fee to the land in the above described vacated utility easement is hereby released and shall revert to the adjacent owner as provided by law. SECTION 3.
