AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING AND CLOSING AND
EXTINGUISHING STREET RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND RESERVATIONS,
PUBLIC ACCESS EASEMENTS, UTILITY EASEMENTS AND PUBLIC
OPEN SPACE EASEMENTS LOCATED WITHIN THE ALL SAINTS
HOSPITAL AREA OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS; PROVIDING
FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LAND; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
THAT all street rights-of-way and reservations, public access
easements, utility easements and public open space easements
located within the area of All Saints Hospital, and specifically
located within the area south of the south right-of-way line of
Mistletoe Boulevard, east of the east right-of-way line of the
Burlington Northern Railroad, west of the west right-of-way line of
Eighth Avenue, and north and west of the north right-of-way line of
West Myrtle Street and west right-of-way line of Enderly Place, as
more specifically described below and in attached Exhibit "A",
attached hereto and incorporated herein, be and the same are
vacated, abandoned and permanently closed and extinguished.
The streets more specifically include All Saints Avenue from
the south line of Mistletoe Boulevard; Harrison Avenue west of
Eighth Avenue, save and except the east 62.66' from the west right-
of-way line of Eighth Avenue to the west property line of Lot 1,
Block 3, W. G. Newby's Subdivision as recorded in Volume 310, Page
6, P.R.T.C.T.; West Magnolia Avenue west of Eighth Avenue

SECTION 2.
That the fee to the land in the above described vacated street
rights-of-way and reservations, utility easements and public open
space easements is hereby released and shall revert to the adjacent
owner as provided by law.
SECTION 3.
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.

RECOMMENDATION.
It is recommended that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance vacating all those streets,
reservations, public access easements, utility easements and public open space easements
located within the area of All Saints Hospital and generally located south of Mistletoe Boulevard,
east of the Burlington Northern Railroad right-of-way, west of Eighth Avenue, and north and
west of West Myrtle Street and Enderly Place The street more specifically include All Saints
Avenue from the south line of Mistletoe Boulevard, Harrison Avenue west right-of-way line of
Eighth Avenue to the west property line of Lot 1, Block 3, W G Newby's Subdivision as
recorded in Volume 310, Page 6, P R T C T ,West Magnolia Avenue west of Eighth Avenue,
save and except the east 1 17 6' from the west right-of-way line of Eighth Avenue to the west

All Saints Episcopal Hospital of Fort Worth, Inc ,owner of aH adjacent property, has requested
that the City vacate the streets, reservations, access and utility easements, and public open
space easements within the area generally described above and as further delineated on the
attached map and field notes The streets and utility easements contain sewer, water, electric,
cable, telephone, and gas utility facilities Acceptable arrangements have been made with the
various utility companies for relocation of these utility facilities An acceptable rep{at has been
